services provided by LowestRate Financial Services and affiliates that are used
primarily for personal, family, and household purposes. We reserve the right to
amend (i.e. add to, change, or delete) the terms of this Notice from
time-to-time.
*Information that is not publicly available and that i)a consumer provides to
obtain a financial product or service, ii)results from a transaction with a
consumer involving a financial product or service, or iii)is obtained about a
consumer in connection with providing a financial product or service.
